One thing more Invsrtr_St8. I agree that many companys postpone the spinoff in these kind of market conditions,however, there is no clarity from INT in this regard. What can you say regarding Spinoff or RTO. Which one is in process RTO or Spinoff or both. That is the uncertainty and is also killing the SP.

IMO company is keeping its shareholders in dark,not exactly clarifying which way they plan to go and that is not good.
