Zadom, based on one of our other experiences I will gladly take boring for a while. I would though like to have some capital gains this year to offset my substantial losses from the other experience.

Beyond the theories posted here, not sure what to read into the delay. Given the BAJ experience of JG I can completely see his desire to make sure that every i is dotted and t crossed on this one.
