Valuation Guys - I had the opportunity to speak with Jeff today regarding some concerns - I have been a long time shareholder and own a good chunk of shares so I want to protect my asset here - with the current board in place Jeff feels he can get $ 3.75 to $ 4.50 a share on the sale - personally I think he is being conservative but the value is definitely there. With the dissedents offering to liquidate at $ 2.50 a share and look after themselves and screw the regular shareholders it is very important we all send in our proxies and support Jeff and current management - it is in all of our best interest to protect the value of the company and what we all invested in so we get the reward we have been waiting for.
