RE: RE: RE: RE: Reiterated ...

RE: RE: RE: RE: Reiterated ...

Korelin says to Larry ... so I guess what I take from what you're saying ... that the majority of yours and your associates  time is being taken up in negotiations with these entities at present ... and Larry says yes.

Just prior Larry says I don't want to make a too forward looking statement.

Battery side interest is strongest and battery side has become the priority of the company as it is the priority of the interests.

Al cautions a couple times in the interview that it's up to Larry if he can answer questions on strategic partners and that he didn't want to put words in Larry's mouth ... and with that said ... when Al summizes his assessment of what Larry was saying ... current negotiations with interested parties taking up the majority of his time ... Larry says YES.

Here's something else to think about. Early this year ... Norman Chow gave a tour of the operations ... including Ana giving her part some visibility. In that tour ... Norman displayed the inputs and outputs of the tests that were undertaken. One of those outputs was EMD.

Kemetco used their own ICP equipment to analyze the powders that were reported the other day.

Is it inconceivable to think that the initial EMD that Norman displayed back in January (if  memory serves well) had already been analyzed by ICP. Parties who were kicking the tires at that time were made aware yet held off until the PFS was out to see if an operation of EMM was viable ... and if not ... then EMD would certainly not be viable in this setting either.

The PFS comes out ... low and behold ... it's economic. Sure costs were up significantly ... but viable nonetheless.

OK ... now things start to heat up ... interested parties see that a viable operation would be even more viable with a battery side component included in the mineplan ... but that's not the only attraction ... it means a supply of battery powders within the US ... and with the quality/purity characteristics being seen ... it means  a supply of superior product.

Kemetco ... with this regular back and forth with these parties ... meeting their requests on products ... works on the battery powder analysis some more ... confirms or betters results from my suggested earlier internal evaluations from January or so ... PFS being the turning point to crank it up ... as the interested parties with the PFS in hand start to crank up their interest to a serious level.

Company issues press release about talks with interested parties ... not a video .. not an ad ... in actual press release ... then Korelin interviews him in which he references said press release ... then to agree with negotiations as fair characterization. WOW ... it seems pretty clear to me what we will hear shortly.
