MTO...considered one of the best of a Grampatech1… Great to hear from you!
In the mid 90’s a company called Apple looked like it was finished and made some shady financing deals while giving up some patents. That’s not to say that RIM will do the same… or not.
The point is… we all know that that these things can go either way. Fundamentally it’s good management, a drive to increase shareholder value and employee treatment (compensation) that will prosper. In this area, B2 is a fair example and in a related gas and oil, it’s Mart Resources.
You are correct. These guys could have done better. SR and RP are still learning. If you have been around long as I have many mistakes are made as you learn. We appear to have a learn as you go management style here. The reality is that the next six months to a year will be telling for this company. If they do not introduce profit sharing and pay themselves with (predominantly) shares instead of cash and provide further support to the shareholder… drop it and never look back.
A good strategy for such a company would be to maintain a position now and accumulate as management improves and appears to make better decisions…. If they go the other way you do the opposite - T936 it. There are no guarantees in investing and you can always go elsewhere.
Good Will Hunting.
