Mat misunderstands the gravity & liability Hey Mat,
You are totally wrong as to the liability Franco-Nevada and every Stockholder have concerning the SJ Mining Claims they purchased back in 1992 and my current Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada litigation against the two persons (Michael J. Fitzgerald and Dr. Henry W. Ranspot) who sold it to Franco-Nevada.
If you review the amount Barrick Gold has paid Franco-Nevada for the 6% Royalty Payment from the SJ Claims for the past 20 years and what will happen in this Nevada litigation, the common stockholder's position would affected. I became an ABX stockholder in 1993 and monitored all the Nevada and Utah gold mine operations.
Corporate America is directly connected to entities like the Deseret Management Corporation (incorporated in 1966) and has become one of the richest "for profit" corporations in the US and under the direction of the most influencial businessmen for global investments, like with Franco-Nevada.
