Ok so there are a lot of numbers being thrown around, even from myself, on the idea of what the sell price is going to be. However the truth of the matter is that we just don't know. Lets just think for one minute. Right now WND has at least 3 interested buyers. All of them are very large companies, that are worth 10's of billions of dollars. These companies will looking at the long term value of the assets that WND hold. They know that the assets will pay for themselfs in about 6 years and after that point in time, it's going to be a nice add on to thier companies balance sheet and cash flow statments. One other point is that everytime there is a company up for sale that is very enticing for other companies, like WND that has the highest PPA prices than any other company in the wind energy industry. Its going to get a fair price for there assets. The more interest a company has for its assets will equal more bidders for those those assets which inturn will equal a higher price for those assets. Thats how the world works!

P.S  My fall semester starts up tomarrow and I will being asking one of my Professors how to best value a Utility company and determine a plausible sell price. Also if anyone was wondering I have little over 5000 shares that I have been buying up over the past year. At at a range of 1.35 to 1.85 a share. I would love to buy more but I just spent 1000 dollars on book that will last only for 15 weeks and of course other 20,000 dollars on tuition and room and board lol gotta love it.
