I guess the question for the lawyers would be "Why did managment not release drill results nor release the resource estimate, both of which would have valued the company higher, prior to the buyout?" It is one thing to say that $1.50 offer would be a 50% premium from today's price, but had managment been actively releasing data and actively promoting the company, the SP would have been there anyway or higher. Managment has chosen not to release information and that should cause red flags to be thrown.
