Subsidiary of Al Abdulkarim Holding

Subsidiary of Al Abdulkarim Holding

The information is public knowledge for many years they have been in courts for years.

Appeal by both parties

Last judgement they have to pay royalties to 2008

The only thing new is that DNO disclosed the companies name

The share price dropped before the bidding because present and former CEO

1.  accused of inside trading

2.accused of inside tipping

3,  Accused of lying to the BOD

4.  Accused of lying to the Securities Commisions unsure if it was Alberta or Ontario or both

If it is rare for management to be accused of insider trading what is it called when 2 CEO of the same company have been accused for inside trading?  Cellmates?
