RE: RE: RE: BCSC chimes in ...

"CPM Group has delivered an in-depth electrolytic manganese market study for the Company's Artillery Peak Manganese Project located in Mojave County, Arizona. This market study represents a major component of the previously announced preliminary feasibility study that is currently underway "

As I said earlier ... if anyone dropped the ball ... it was TetraTech. They were contracted to compile the PFS ... they didn't 'qualify' the CPM forecasts in their economic modelling as something that doesn't meet the regulator requirements.

It would be interesting to know if there is precedent to these types of forecasts being included in other PFS documents ... if so ... then this BCSC action stinks.

The company could take up another conference call so to give investors an opportunity to better understand the ramifications of this ... they don't seem nearly as dire as some might think ... as a matter of fact ... I think nothing has really changed in the big picture.

The battery side was of immediate focus ... and when that is fleshed out to pilot plant status ... getting back to address the EMM side with trailing averages considered ... just a matter of working TetraTechs recommendations.
