If you bought your position yourself via an online brokerage account you are SOL

That makes no sense.  Why would an investor be SOL if he / she bought through an online brokerage?

Also, why do you keep attacking Bradford; is there something personal between you and Bradford, or do you stand to profit from a 'yes' vote?
