RE: Extension: a positive sign?

Cabbie I prefer your perspective.

I invested in Poynt because of its potential.  I don't want Mark Cuban or even Michael Lee Chin to reap unfairly what I have sown.  I would be darn angry to get 0.12$ per unit.  I purchased because of the potential to reach 1$.  I don't want a carpetbagger to take out my position.

Nevertheless, Poynt will be taken out eventually even with DIP financing.  If DIP financing becomes available I want it to give Poynt enough time to capitalize on an announced China launch and we are long due for an NR on patent enforcement.

No carpetbaggers for me as I will not vote for a takeover

The real value of Poynt is contained in:

  1. Their patents (being enforced by Glados IP
  2. China (that is subscription based) with an agreed minimum of 20MM users at 2$ per annum
  3. Repayment of 7$MM loan to Poynt Asia (Poynt HK)
  4. India is growing daily and there is no update as yet
  5. Mobile coupons
  6. etc etc etc
