Been around they rolled the stock back 2/3's based on the agreement we would get shares in Clinch.....i will agree that 2/3's of the current state is sweet f#$% all!!!

If they came out  and confirmed that there will be a new company called "Clinch" and everyone on record at the time of the roll back will get their shares that would go a long ways to build confidence.
