Quarterly Report vs Quarterly Dividend

Quarterly Report vs Quarterly Dividend

I wonder if we aligned the quarterly reporting differently in regards to the quarterly dividend with the divy being paid just before the quarterly comes out if we all wouldn't make out like badits with Mart regardless of what occurs???

Think about it. All the Mart shareholders are cashed up with their recent Mart divy payout and then the quarterly comes out. If the quarterly is negative (as this one may seem to be) and if the SP drops significantly then we can all buy more at a nice discount should we chose too!!! If the opposite occurs and we have a good /great quarter then we might pay more if we reinvest those dollars in Mart but with or without our divy money and new money coming in via good quarter results then the SP should climb nicely.

Win,win,win!!!

Is my logic flawed or does this not seem like a posibility other than the fact they'd (management) never do it!!!Is there a legal reason why it couldn't happen??

Just wondering??? Thoughts???

Cheers,

Van
