Just to set the record strait, Sabirov the guy that got arrested was from the Ata-Meken parti, and Badykeeva the trouble maker from a few weeks ago was from the Ar-Namys party.

Both parties where in the coalition that formed the parliament (Jogorku Kanesh). Badykeeva was the head of a committee that had been formed presumably in an attempt to cast doubt on Stans work in the same way that a separate committe and the prime minister attempted to do similar things to Kumtor in order to try to grab more of the pie. It looks as if these tactics are being put a stop to and outward attempts are being made now to round up as many corrupt members as they can in an upcoming action by the previous Top Prosecutor (see link for more info), who appears to be re-entering the scene based on another artcle at the same link below (he was apparently instrumental in the previous revolutions).
