RE: HORN TOOT!!!

RE: HORN TOOT!!!

great call,

I have been told that you can as a Canadian company buy the company  WND and actually comoditise the tax credit by selling them to another USA company that wishes to take advantage of the tax savings

I have no idea as to the nuts and bolts of such but I realise that this is common practise

My take is that Brookfield has the inside track at $2.25 per share however if Brookfield buys the company from there position of 16 percent and options and warrents taking there position to 17 - 18 percent it is fair to assume that $3.25 to $3.50 is all that will be realised

$ 4.00 IS A POSIBILITY ONLY IF A UTILITY WITH DEEP PKTS DECIDES THEY WANT THE STRATIGIC ASSET AND ARE WILLING TO PAY A PREMIUM FOR SUCH(EXCUSE THE CAPS)

BAM is a very well respected group of companies that usually buys destressed assets when they see great long term value

Sept 25th will embarass Smitherman and his motley crew of pirates!
