I have been told that you can as a Canadian company buy the company WND and actually comoditise the tax credit by selling them to another USA company that wishes to take advantage of the tax savings
I have no idea as to the nuts and bolts of such but I realise that this is common practise
My take is that Brookfield has the inside track at $2.25 per share however if Brookfield buys the company from there position of 16 percent and options and warrents taking there position to 17 - 18 percent it is fair to assume that $3.25 to $3.50 is all that will be realised
