Existing management is the one we should be voting for. They are of course,against the dissident group, which consists of bitter shareholders and a bitterformer employee (Dykes). I would say current management (Brian McClay etc) has vastly more experience in mining than the dissident group. Who knows what would happen if the dissident group got control of the company, they don't have much experience (if any) in bringing a mine to life.
