RE: RE: RE: Very Canwest/Shaw-like Circumstances

Okay myster_investor.  I thank you for you input.  It has been very helpful to me.

This is what I am going to do.  I am going to take a gamble and bet on the fact that there will be additional DIP financing that will get us to the next stage.  If Socius and Intertainment are behind this "scheme" I certainly hope it backfires.

Of course I want Intertainment to get back their investment of 1.5$MM plus the court appointed 14% interest.  They aint getting the furking patents.

Samsung just got their butt kicked by Apple and may be interested.  RIM is in a better position now because of Samsung's 'misfortune' and will now be a more valuable option in the mobile market - they could be interested in their "super-app" maker Poynt.  Add this to BB10 and things would get interesting.

Would WiLan be interested?  Maybe not! But Facebook and Google  may want to increase their patent portfolio.  Apple may want to intervene to screw everyone else.

Too many juicy possibilities for me to exit at this price.  I will hold.

That is my story
