It may be a true statement but you'll have to pay a premium to buy a good chunk of this. They don't want it surging too far or too fast past the current resistance price. Wish I had Warren Buffet's pocket change to mess around with the trading of this . You know, put in a buy at 35 cents and see if someone leaps at that.
