Perhaps it was a shell company owned by some one close to BAM
As retail investors we are the last to know outcomes because we are not building takeover models etc
Think on both sides of the trade just like playing chess
This stock could see 3.25 to 4.00 not a penny more, however perhaps it will not be sold at all and brookfield decides to bolster the company fibancially to grow it to its potentual
I do not know a thing about Jeff as in his capabilities. Qbvoiously he knows the industry and would a firm want to keep him
