Not 100 % You hope and believe that the trading halt will resume with a higher sp If there is a deal but in the event of no deal and cash burn out the halt may be permanent with delisting.
The retail shareholder may then not be in celebration but in tears.
A rescue deal may or may not occur..... If it was for sure you would see buying by insiders not just free 15 cent options and the broker houses would be accumulating

That NR was a liquidity event for 10 million shares to be sold. There was no further support from 18 down to 13 for bidders
