Ralph Stone of Marathon involved?

Already I commented that if Pai Pai hits then that derisks AOI/Marathon block 9. And that success in block 9 may derisk Simba's block 2A.

question from this comment from otters on AOI's board:

" If Ralph Stone of Marathon is involved in the AOI / Marathon Block then I would give it a better chance of success. Ralph was behind a significant discovery in Vietnam which he pushed to drill when all others have given up. "

Does anyone know if Mr. Stone is involved in Marathon/AOI block 9?
