RE: What's next

RE: What's next

Since the market has voted on the last drill results and said they're meaningless (at least they didn't get sold) IMO you can forget about ANYTHING being a catalyst for Volta - QE3, ECB bond buying, etc.  Nothing's going to move this up - the market's made that pretty clear.  We're not moving with the quality gold stocks, we're moving with the junk as represented by the Venture exchange, so I expect VTR will continue to underperform along with all the underfunded moose-pasture explorers that are getting killed by vultures waiting for fund-raising by these companies at firesale prices..

Does it make any sense to class Volta with the worst pump and dump garbage of the CDNX, given that Volta has in the neighborhood of 5 million oz (general industry definition of a 'world-class' deposit,of which only 146 currently exist in the world) and is well funded into early next year?  No, but that's what it is.  Look for lists of gold discoveries and producing mines over 1 million oz, and Volta doesn't even show up.    We'll continue to get hammered on selloffs, with marginal recovers when the gold sector rallies.
