My sense is that whoever got those 114 million shares at less than a cent each is actively fiddling with possible exploration deals (without spending much of Emperor's money on them) and hyping the possible participation to unload stock.
The stock promo activity could be the Middle East. I came across a Greg somebody involved in putting deals together and based in the Gulf. (I see we still have a Greggoose poster here who was hyping the earlier Ymen deal ... that never happened.)
Take a look at today's traders. There is little activity from Canadian retail bankers. My guess is that there is extensive deception and fraud involved in promoting this very old dog with no assets and far too many shares out.
