RE: RE: Speaking of Panic

RE: RE: Speaking of Panic

Why does XDIP have to wait until the feasibility study is filed publicly on SEDAR? AXI has a full copy of the report and can share it with anyone they like. The full report must be filed on SEDAR within 45 days, but that public filing requirement has nothing to do with XDIP.

XDIP certainly has a copy of the feasibility study (unless AXI is actively trying to anger their prospective partner). XDIP has a copy and so far they've chosen not to convert their $5 million debenture and they've chosen not to sign a JV agreement. Why would they convert or sign? The project looks bad by all objective measures (post tax NPV and post tax IRR are likely not acceptable for a $1.4 billion capex project).
