Bissa

Bissa

Isn't the construction of the mine at Bissa material information for HRG because Bissa is owned by HRG? I re-read the Q2 results news release for HRG and there was no indication that HRG had reduced cash for the quarter because of a large payment for construction at Bissa.

Instead, the Nord press release is worded as if they are paying for the mine at Bissa.

Is this because Nord owns 75% of HRG and therefore owns 75% of whatever HRG owns? Why does this get solelu reported on a Nord press release and not on an HRG one? How is any of this legal?
