RE: RE: RE: RE: "if senior creditors take a hit... "So, just to be clear, you expect the new common share price will be around $32, which means that anyone who buys common shares today at 5 cents will more than triple his money (even without allowing for the value of the warrants, which would be considerable at that stock price)."
I was just making a point that mtn holders might end up getting more than par value with this deal, when you were ridiculing someone for suggesting that. And yes I do think the share price has the potential to reach $32 a share. All I was saying is, is it so hard to believe that YLO shares can triple in value if you buy them at 5 cents a share today? Heck a month ago it quadrupled in a day because of the Recap announcement (which is still a double from today's price, or maybe I'm just being extremely enthusiasticly optimistic - man you really love your adjectives/adverbs). So why is it so hard for you to imagine that it could possibly jump if the actual recap came to fruition? I don't think I'm being "way too optimistic" in thinking that YLO could possibly reach the equivalent of 15 cents a share either before or after the new shares ($30/share) are issued nor did I ever say that this deal is "extremely favourable for shareholders". I never once said that it would happen right away I said in time the share price could reach above $31.67. And I'm not voting an "enthusiastic yes". Like I said before I'm still undecided and just weighing both sides of the equation didn't realize that would offend people.
