I am sure the President will have the financing in place before he signs the drilling contract. Jones and the directors would be personally liable if something goes wrong and/or bills can not be paid.

Now regarding my Howe Street promotion comments. It doesn't matter where you live or where you buy your suits. You are talking just like a Howe Street Promoter.
