That's good enough reason to not go dead money for a year. I keep reading the wording on the last nr,and the only hole that was plugged was the shabeel north well,and they did not say it was dry. They never mention anything about shabeel 1, except not worth testing. In my view, it doesn't say its dry, it doesn't say its abandoned. So my question is, If and I mean if they didn't plug the shabeel 1 well. How would they close it, if they had intentions of coming back to it? We know the rig has left the site, so what exactly do they put on the well?
