GSV leases now includes POD, Pinion, Darkstar, Bullion, RRfault, and almost forgot NBFZ reserves. Outa take Brett Cook to dinner, don't you think?.

RAILROAD PROJECT - Carlin Trend, Nevada

The Railroad project consists of over 549 patented and 20 unpatented claims located in the Railroad District of the Carlin Trend, adjacent to Newmont’s producing Rain gold mine.

The project contains known geological resources of over 200,000 ounces. The Company also owns 41% of the 100,000 ounces Dark Star gold deposit.

The project is over 38 square miles is size, and contains over 15 past producing mines that produced gold, silver, lead and barite from surface and near surface deposits. Exploration has been centered on thePOD and satellite deposits where the major portion of present reserves are known.

In January, Mirandor began a preliminary reconnaissance drill program of three shallow reverse circulation drill holes. Already at the time of writing, impressive results have been obtained of some 2.37g/t of gold over a width of 51.8 meters, an economic grade and width in the Carlin Trend.

Past drilling has not exceeded 800 feet in depth, through high grade deposits in the Carlin Trend are all located below the 1000 feet level. A good example is the Rain deposit which mined out the surface reserves in 1993. Deeper exploration resulted in underground mining of grades averaging 0.30 ounces per ton, presently ongoing.

A shallow hole drilled in 1990, returned a gold value of 0.17 ounces per ton over 180 feet. Numerous untested structures and mineralization are known on the property which encompasses all the known Carlin type mineralization occurrences, including high angle fault structures.

Known deposits in the property include sediment hosted disseminated gold deposits of the Carlin type, gold in quartz veins, copper and molybdenum and copper skarn deposits, as well as silver lead deposits in vertical chiminey structures.

This large project is adjacent to other well known gold deposits in the area: Rain with over 1.3 million ounces, Trout Creek (500,000 ounces), and Bullion (400,000 ounces). The project also contains 41% of the Dark Star deposit, belonging to Royal Standard Mines with reported reserves exceeding 100,000 ounces.

The project is centered in the Carlin Trend which contains favorable "Lower Plate" host rocks and known gold and polymetallic mineralization. Past production is reported from over 15 mines on the project, which is essentially unexplored with only shallow surface and near surface work having been carried out.
