Thanks bart.  I spoke with IR who didn't affirm for sure who it was but strongly suggested that it was Goodman who sold, and he believes that this closed out their position in WND.

We discussed the sale process, and he mentioned it would be unlikely that any formal bids would be received by the AGM, but it was expected that Brookfield would be one of the bidders, and that they had a good relationship with WND.

I'm curious though if indeed Brookfield were looking to acquire the company, wouldn't they want it to be sold for the lowest possible price?
