RE: Question??
RE: Question?? Exploration companies are far less sensitive to the price of gold than those with operating mines. It's not that they are unrelated. It simply means that the risks associated with them completely overshadows the potential benefits of a marginal increase in the value of gold. Furthermore, the price of gold now is not a reliable predictor of the price of gold when an eventual mine/buy out would be carried on making it an essentially irrelevant factor in the analysis.
What gives me confidence in this company is based on the location of their claims and its surprising longetivity combined with minimal levy of capital. The short term perspective are grim ( as in their is doubt about what is going to happen next) but I somehow feel that they won't go bankrupt anytime soon allowing me to believe I will be able to get out at a minimal loss/small profit sooner than later assuming the short term interest of the market is sparked by an encouraging find in one of their two properties.
