paraphrase the news release

paraphrase the news release

I re-read the recent news release about the focus on 'stand-alone' operations in New Brunswick.. for your interest:

"underground development and initial (pre-commercial production mining to date has been very instructive and has provided excellent information on ground-condigions, potential production rates for a fully-ramped operation and metallurgical recoveries to produce saleable zinc, lead-silver and copper-gold concentrates"

"The Company plans to drive the main halfmile ramp to the thicker and higher grade zones of the deposit..."

Which means:

The ground conditions sucked and we couldn't get production and we're going to lose a lot of money if we keep trying to mine the upper part of the deposit so we'd better get down to the good stuff and at the same time we'd better stop paying these ludicrous toll rates for milling.

Note that 'the good stuff' is more than 200 vertical meters below the 'area of current development' so this means another 2000+ meters of development + overheads + ventilation + infrastructure which is going to eat up the $10M bridge facility.

Expect to see quite a bit of debt and/or dilution for this company
