What it means is whether you are hiring top notch credible people and firms to do your work.. And WOF has by all account use the services of credible labs and 3rd party reviewers to produce the feasibility numbers..

If you have been invested in junior resource companies you will see enough reports and 3rd party players who don't exactly have sterling reputation and whose reports on subsequent DD have not stood up scrutiny.. I invest in a lot of these companies..  Since none of us have the background to judge the nittygritty, you rely on companies that are large and reputable and in essence cannot be bought to 'fudge' because they have more to lose then making few bucks on a questionable report..

In Accountants terms, it is like Madoff hiring no name Accountant to signoff on his financial statements vs. large reputable and more expensive firms to do the job..
