if this is  not going to be used for drilling then another money raise or other type of drilling campaign(partner?) must be in the works. maybe the original 350,000 will be accessed to pop in a coupla holes (audit) to get it rockin. the other possibility is that pem moves up from osk's push and we do another pp.  lots of possibilities for now.
