Once Again, More Nonsense Before I get to the Wisdom of Saldo, let me first answer Jumper.... what will move this or any stock is news, market sentiment; whether or not there is a big buyer or seller.. You ask questions you surely already know the answers to. I could say that Dino tripped over a rock and when he got up, he was covered in gold!!!!
I have heard a rumor that when they were on the outcropped rock island, a sudden gust of wind blew some drilling records past their heads!!! However, they were unable to read the name on the papers.
Now, Justice Saldo has kindly reprinted some court documents with standard "demands." That is how all paperwork is written; "demands," "orders," it's the language of the courts. I have faith in Master Baker and I believe Teuton, whose president is a member of the bar in good standing represented by a first-rate counsel will comply with all the orders of the court.
I used to work in the US court system and very often with the top Justice in NYS Supreme Court, Commercial Division. I'm not addressing this to "Saldo;" I'm just mentioning this to my fellow sharholders: All paperwork is written in this style and there is no implication of wrongdoing based on what your provided. Routinely, time is needed to find a misplaced or misfiled document; after all, a news release from TUO indicated that AMK's drilling records were missing (as of the date of the NR in question.) I'm sure AMK will find it before trial and will be able to explain the helicopter flights attributed to Treaty Creek (Again, I'm basing this on the same TUO NR.) After that NR, Teuton has ceased discussing the matter in the press.
I look forward to the trial's completion and I'm sure Teuton will get a full and fair hearing, as will American Creek. Then the chips will fall where they may. But if you're thinking that the case will be thrown out based on some (possible) delay in producing a document, I wouldn't hold my breath.
Have a great holiday weekend.
