Russ: I think I've compared several hundreds of mining companies over the years. VMS is now my biggest holding and read as much as I can about it. Steady progress, even when they don't spend money, so I don't see your problem. I suggest you don't buy a car at midnight. You might have to sell it because the colour is not your liking. Good Luck.
