RE: INSIDERS: ZERO PURCHASES (pardon me) While you are entitled to your opinion,
There may or may not have been a formal Share Blackout period following Rainbow Lake but securities regulators watch very closely insider activity after big share price swings and management needs to be very cautious(refrain from big insider purchases) to not react to something they may be deemed to know more about, but has yet to be disclosed to the public (could actually be an real investor opportunity while mgmts hands are tied).
That said it would appear that managment has indeed been very active in maximizing purcahses under their company plan (which would have been in place prior to Rainbow Lake) .
Due Dilligence is important and open to interpretation, this may actually be a great time to buy a security that has now found support around $ 2.90 and has a book value in access of $9.00 ...
