Next year's NAN drilling

Let's say that NAN has a great success with this month's drilling ... and let's say it needs ... say  $7.5 M to follow up with next year's drilling and let's ... say  VMS has about $7.5 M available. Couldn't NAN  bargain better terms with an interesting investor to advance the project more easily?
