What would it take

What would it take

What would it take for Mr. Tellier to leave the company, or be asked to leave; who has the power to boot him out?  I fail to see how anything would improve for shareholders under his continued leadership.

Surely there is someone else more qualified to take on the role of CEO of this troubled company.  Chances are that, the day Mr. Tellier goes, we could get an instant pop of about 5x in the share price.

Mr. Tellier: Have some honour and self-respect, and resign. That would be the best for all stakeholders.

Voted NO; received another proxy package, but didn't change my vote.  My vote is still NO.
