If you checked the link you would see that Kevin also did his presentation with

Andy Hill and Chakravarthy Sishtla, Gas Technology Institute, did a search and looks like these are pretty smart dudes. They hold a few patents togeather for tailings and last was may 31. No wonder there hasn't been any news considering how complicated an agrrement would work.

Here's a link to the patent. i'm buying a few more.
