Thanks shawk.  The part of the video that started at the 27 minute mark was particularly helpful for me.  I was confused about this issue before, because Carlin deposits are reputed to be very large, but so far Atac's Tiger zone deposit is rather small, and the Conrad zone, though it contains some rich intercepts is also looking to be around the same size as Tiger.  But the video showed how Carlin deposits tend to be "Christmas tree shaped", with the richer zones being deeper down.  So it's encouraging to see that there are early indications at Conrad that there may be a rich deeper zone (eg, hole 11-036, that found 21m of 8 g/5, at 500 meters underground).
