Francouer  and the wasamac saga happened uinder old management headed by Rivard.

He resigned in late Feb/12 when he saw these problems coming.

The new CEO was only hired 4 months ago, so how can you blame him ?

In any event, successful investing is forward looking and that outlook looks very positive.
