Is it gross or net that counts? Anyway it doesn't really matter. It is a combo mine so maybe copper sp is keeping it from moving forward. Obviously a siver/gold mix would be better and less dependent on China's economy.   But it is what it is and both silver and copper have a great deal more potential to move up on a percentage basis than gold, but economies must strenghten. Rock is key and I woun't be surprized to see sp move steadily up over the next few months.

Dumay,i believe is right. Forestry Service issue Right of Decision which can then be subject to litigation -heaven forbide- however this will probably not stop progress being made on RC in accordance with recent legislation. Am I right?
