RE: RE: Can you believe this? It sounds like they misunderstood the intention of the shareholder meeting you are trying to call.
They "misinterpreted" Bradford's statement that he would vote your shares for you to mean that he would vote your shares for you. If he wants to do that, he needs to conform to the rules for proxy solicitation.
These folks are doing their job. If you only want to get a special meeting called, that's all your document should talk about. Don't ask people to appoint you to vote their shares on their behalf.
