DA is starting to resemble another aviation stock that I own called Magellen (MAL). It also is majority owned by insiders and despite great earnings its share price has lanquished. Does this sound familiar?

I would suggest that one method of unlocking value would be for DA to issue more public float in order to reduce debt. Although that would dilute the insiders in the short term it would greatly increase profitability which would benefit them over the longer term. Either that or take DA private again.

I'm starting to think that the major problem with DA is the current ownership structure. It's allowing too little volume to be traded and makes the stock unattractive to institutional investors. Something has to change.
