RE: RE: New Presentation uses June #'s

RE: RE: New Presentation uses June #'s

Given the press release in July warning investors to not rely on the June 28th numbers, I am extremely surprised to see the numbers being used without any caution. The numbers are presented as valid NI43-101 compliant numbers. Very interesting indeed. I wonder if the BCSC would have any comment if someone sent them a link to the presentation. In the past, the BCSC has forced companies to shutdown websites for inappropriate material. Quoting the June 28th numbers before there is a supporting NI43-101 compliant repot sounds like it just might be inappropriate, but then again the company is already in a CTO so what is the BCSC going to do... issue a CTO on top of the CTO :)

What is the game? Does BGM think they can bully the BCSC into backing off. I wonder if they can?

Or is this all setup for a private presentation to a potential buyer. Perhaps a Chinese wealth fund group?

Could be interesting trading when the CTO is lifted... and the presentation is sure going to motivate the BCSC to lift that CTO.... NOT!
