Am - the investors have flown Tony Blair there twice, to grease the wheels. Only they are interested in building a mine, not pumping a stock, so it drifts on tiny volume. It's also suffered as I think investors are (wisely) avoiding the most S. Am miners. Nevertheless, this should be a core holding.
