thesheet: Have to revise what I wrote: it is not called a "stick bid" it is called a "stink bid". I meant everything else I wrote. It is time for Quebec to act like responsible adults and generate their own revenues for their province instead of asking for handouts....that's embarrassing. Time to show some of that Quebec pride I've been hearing so much about. Quebec will never be independent a long as they are acting completely dependent. Grow up Quebec and stop acting like a "have" province when you are clearly a "have not, hand-out" province.
