RE: i have a gut feeling I was thinking the same thing after reading the satvir letter. Maybe not a deal, but at least an offer that was conditional on the existing board being intact to finalize it? Either way, I'll vote yellow once i get my proxy letter which should be soon judging by comments from everyone else.
